 Franny
Benedetto, an ACE and AFAA CEC Provider, has been teaching fitness for
more than 17 years. She is the Regional Group Fitness Director
for Crunch's newest club in Boston.
Franny travels all over the world giving workshops and masterclasses
in High Low, Step, Kickboxing and Muscle Conditioning.
She was voted "Best Aerobics Instructor" by the prestigious
Boston Magazine in 1995. In June of 1996, Franny was featured
in Fitness Magazine.
In January, 2000, Franny filmed 3 video's for Sara's City Workout.
She will be filming 3 more in March 2002. In June, 2000, Franny
filmed her 6th CIA video, 2K05, Cardio Parties. She has presented
at ECA, Miami and New York, Sara's City Workouts (Philadelphia, Florida,
Atlanta, Dallas), DCAC in Washington, Mexico, Canada and all over the
US. In March, 2001 Franny was awarded "Most User Friendly
Choreography" at the East Coast Alliance's 10th Year Fitness Conference
awards ceremony. In June, Franny traveled to Warsaw, Poland for
a Reebok Resolution Fitness Conference.
